Flax & Oats
Ingredients Food Description Serving
Cereals, oats, instant, fortified, plain, dry 3 1/2 packet
protein powder, whey 7 1/2 tbsp
Seeds, flaxseed 5 1/2 tbsp
strawberries, raw 5 3/4 small

Recipe

In a pot add oatmeal and double amount of water and heat for 3-6 minutes at medium temperature. Place in a bowl and top with crushed flaxseeds and strawberries. Enjoy with a protein shake!

Egg Wrap
Ingredients Food Description Serving
Egg, white, raw, fresh 3/4 cup
Egg, whole, raw, fresh 2 1/3 small
extra virgin olive oil 1/8 tbsp
Peppers, sweet, red, raw 1 3/4 cup, sliced
rice cheese 4 1/8 oz
Sauce, ready-to-serve, salsa 5 3/4 tablespoon
spanish red onion 1/4 onion
Spinach, raw 8 1/8 leaf
tortilla, whole wheat 2 torilla (7-8")

Recipe

Poach eggs as you like them. Place eggs on tortilla and cover with cheese so the heat from the eggs melts the cheese. Place red onion, salsa, and spinach leaves on top. Fold tortilla up. Eat red pepper separately. Enjoy!

Tuna with Greek Salad
Ingredients Food Description Serving
Celery, raw 5 3/4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
Cucumber, with peel, raw 1/8 cucumber (8-1/4")
extra virgin olive oil 1 2/3 tbsp
Fish, tuna, light, canned in water, drained solids 2/3 can (12.5 oz), drained
Garlic, raw 2 1/3 clove
kelp powder 1 1/8 tbsp
Lemon juice, raw 1 1/8 fl oz
Onions, raw 1/8 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Peppers, sweet, red, raw 1/8 cup, chopped
Rice, brown, medium-grain, raw 1/4 cup
sea salt 3/4 tsp
Spices, oregano, dried 3/4 tsp, leaves
Spices, pepper, red or cayenne 3/4 tsp
Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 4 2/3 cup cherry tomatoes

Recipe

Bring water (enough to cover tuna) to a boil. Add tuna and cook for 8 – 10 minutes. Cook rice as per package instructions. Add green onions once water for rice has come to a boil. Mix all vegetables. Put all spices, oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, herbal salt, cayenne pepper, and kelp in a jar and shake well. Pour over the vegetables and marinate at least one hour. Enjoy!



Strawberry Almond Shake
Ingredients Food Description Serving
almond milk 1 1/2 cup
Flaxseed oil 1/2 tbsp
ice cubes 2 1/3 ice cube
protein powder, whey 3 1/2 tbsp
strawberries, raw 10 1/2 large
Vanilla extract 1 1/8 tsp
water, spring 1/4 cup

Recipe

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Add protein and blend for additional 10 seconds. May sweeten to taste with stevia, raw organic honey or sucanat.
